Throw It Out The Window
Back in 1997 at Island Park Scout Camp I was introduced to one of my favorite camp songs, Throw it Out the Window. Not necessarily an action involved song, but for some reason your arms just start swinging in the motions of throwing something out of the window as you continue to sing each verse. Each verse involves throwing a nursery rhyme out the window. My favorite has always been Jack and Jill.
Throw It Out The Window
Old Mother Hubbard went to the cupboard
to get her poor dog a bone.
When she got there the the cupboard was bare,
so, She threw it out the window!
The window, the window,
The second story window.
With a heave and a ho and a mighty throw,
She threw it out the window!
