From middle school, until High School, I played the Trombone.  The sound that the Trombone makes is a very sharp, crisp, and deep tone.  What I loved about the Trombone was the slide.  Moving the slide out and in creates all the many notes... depending on the position.  My favorite song to play on the Trombone is the Imperial March  from Star Wars... you know... the song that plays when ever you see Darth Vader.
