3a. Make a chart and keep track of your health habits for two weeks.

Healthy habits result into a healthy body.  Some ways you can take care of your body are to bath or shower regularly, wash your hands before meals or after you have touched something dirty, Drinking lots of water, playing outdoors, and getting plenty of sleep.

There is an old saying: "Early to bed, Early to rise, Makes a man Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise."
